Please note, we do not provide return labels. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging
- Sale items, personalized items, hair accessories and jewelry care and accessories are FINAL SALE
- Accompanied by the packing list with noted return merchandise authorization number and reason code

*ALL BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER MONDAY SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE EXCLUDED FROM ALL RETURNS.
Returns are sent to our headquarters in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back will be the responsibility of the customer. No return shipping labels will be provided with your package.
Note that we do not accept packages shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS, any other couriers. Packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will be not be accepted.
If you are shipping from the USA, please ship with USPS (United States Postal Service).
Once your return is received and checked, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 2 weeks.
If your order was a pre-order or back-shipped, please contact us at email@example.com due to the special circumstance.
Note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all returns are treated the same so please contact us before sending your order back if you have any questions.
The easiest way to make an exchange is to return the item you do not want and place a new order for the correct item. This way, you don't have to wait for your returned item to be received before your new item is shipped out. Once your return is received, a refund or credit will be issued. We do not process exchanges in any other way.
