We want you to be happy with your jewels! If they don't make you say "olive it," you can return qualifying item(s) for a refund or credit within 60 days of the date you received the package. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll walk you through the process!
We do not provide return labels. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging
- Sale items and personalized items are FINAL SALE
- Accompanied by the packing list with noted return authorization number
Returns are sent to our headquarters in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back will be the responsibility of the customer. Note that packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will be not be accepted or will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and checked, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 1 weeks.
Note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all returns are treated the same so please contact us before sending your order back so we can help!
The easiest way to make an exchange is to return the item you do not want and place a new order for the correct item. This way, you don't have to wait for your returned item to be received before your new item is shipped out. Once your return is received, a refund or credit will be issued. We do not process exchanges in any other way.
