Return Policy

*Extended Holiday Return Policy Shopping for holiday gifts? Orders placed between November 1st to December 15th will have their return policy extended to January 15th, 2025 *

We want you to be happy with your jewels! If they don't make you say "olive" it, we'd love to help you coordinate a return, exchange or store credit for qualifying item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Processing times vary depending on region and payment method. Scroll down for more information.

Please note: A return shipping label will be generated if you qualify for a return within Canada and the USA. There will be a $7.95 USD charge for this shipping label. If you choose exchange or store credit, we will provide a complimentary return label. Return labels are not provided for international customers. Additional shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back is the responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges with your order are non-refundable. 

Gift returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Please click HERE to initiate a return for a gift. 

If you choose to exchange an order, please note that discount codes can not be applied to the order. 

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and in new condition
  • In their original packaging with the barcode label intact
  • A separate return request is needed for each order. Items from multiple orders cannot be combined into one package. Combining multiple order items may cause a delay in return processing, or in some cases may be denied.

The following items are a final sale and are not eligible for a return:

  • Sale items
  • Jewelry care and jewelry accessories (ex. earring patches, earring backings)
  • All non-jewelry items (ex. jewelry cases, pins)
  • Promotional discounts are subject to be a final sale. Please see promotional fine print before purchasing 

Provided return labels expire within 7 days. Please bring your package to a postal outlet within that time frame. Any return packages sent to us with a label other than the one provided are at your own risk. Olive & Piper is not responsible for the safe and/or timely arrival of these packages.

Once your return is received and checked at our warehouse, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 5 business days to the same form of payment. If your order was paid using a gift card, you will be credited back on a gift card. If you choose to exchange an item, we will process the exchange order once your return is received at our warehouse.

If your order was a pre-order or back-shipped, please contact us at info@oliveandpiper.com due to the special circumstance. 

Note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all returns are treated the same so please contact us before sending your order back if you have any questions. 

Damaged Product?

Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages or defects can happen during shipment.

If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at info@oliveandpiper.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!

Please note we are unable to accept reclamations beyond 90 days pass the date you received your order and damages incurred from wear and tear or mishandling of the item.
