When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders ship out of our Vancouver, Canada office within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once shipped.

What's your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your jewels! We will gladly accept new and unworn jewelry within 30 days of the order date for a refund or credit. Allow 3-4 weeks for your package to return to our office. Refunds are processed within 1 week of receiving them back. Note that sale items and specific promotions are a final sale and cannot be returned. See our full return policy here.
