We are seeing delays for all US and CA shipping timelines. Just a gentle reminder that our postal carriers are working extremely hard during this time, however we will most likely continue to see delays with shipping due to a massive influx in packages right now for postal carriers, combined with Covid social distancing guidelines which limits the amount of workers at each time. 

If you need your package quicker, we recommend upgrading to express shipping during checkout.

Return Policy



When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders ship out of our Vancouver, Canada office within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once shipped. Orders with personalized pieces ship within 3-4 weeks. Orders with pre-order items will not ship until everything on the order is available.

What's your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your jewels! We will gladly accept new and unworn jewelry within 60 days of the order date for a refund or credit. Allow 3-4 weeks for your package to return to our office. Refunds are processed within 1 week of receiving them back. Note that sale items, personalized pieces, and final sale promotions are a final sale and cannot be returned. See our full return policy here.

The piece I want is out of stock! When will it be restocked?

Pieces usually restock within 2-6 weeks. Sign up for the waitlist on the product page to get notified once it's available again! Note that not all items are restocked.
