In stock orders are shipped in 2-3 business days, with the exception of holidays. Shipping on orders to Canada and the US always arrive duty free! All international orders are subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for. The amount of duties and taxes you may incur depends on your country.

All orders include tracking without signature.

Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for standard shipping packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. For guaranteed delivery with signature, please refer to our Express Shipping options.

Need it faster? We've got you covered! Our express shipping options get you your sparkle within a couple business days. Note that holidays falling on weekdays are not business days. Please note that choosing expedited shipping for orders that include personalized items or items with a future ship date will be shipped with expedited shipping once the item is available to ship. 

All express delivery times and prices are based on orders shipping to most major cities. Shipments going to remote locations may require additional charges and an extra business day for delivery. Any customs fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for any questions about express shipping to your location! 

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

Get your holiday gifts in time! Place your order by the specified dates below to get  delivery before Christmas. Please note that standard shipping service is not guaranteed and we are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the postal service, weather, etc. 

Remember, Christmas falls on Tuesday this year, so make sure you take into account the weekend on the 22nd and 23rd, as postal companies usually do not deliver on weekends.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following: 

  • Verify the shipping address on your order that it's correct
  • Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
  • Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
  • Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it
  • Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving

olive + piper is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.

LOCAL PICK-UP

If you're in Vancouver, you have the option to pick up your order at our office located in historic Gastown! Just select Vancouver Pick Up as your shipping option when you check out. Once your order is complete, you'll be sent a link to book a pick up time in your order confirmation email. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

We want to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, send a cancellation request to info@oliveandpiper.com right away! Note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time. 


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If an item has an estimated ship date, it means that the item is on its way to us and is estimated to be available to ship on the date specified. This way, you can purchase and reserve the item(s) you want in advance to ensure you're the first to get your hands on it!


Payment for the item will be taken at the time the order is placed and your card will be charged. If you have purchased any additional items that are currently in stock, your entire order will be shipped in full as soon as all items are available. If you require certain items before your item arrives, we recommend placing separate orders.
