PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINES 

Canada & USA:

Standard Shipping

Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days plus an estimated 5-10 business days to be delivered, and will never have duties. Orders will include tracking without signature.  Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages shipped with standard shipping. 

Express Shipping 

Upgraded express shipping orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day, plus 3-4 business days to be delivered with the exception of peak season and holidays which may take up to 3 business days to be processed. If your order has not arrived within 1 business day of the estimated delivery date, please contact our Customer Happiness Team at info@oliveandpiper.com.

International Orders: 

Standard Shipping

Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days plus an estimated 14-45 business days to be delivered. Orders will include tracking without signature. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages shipped with standard shipping. 

Express Shipping

Upgraded express shipping orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day, plus 4-5 business days to be delivered with the exception of peak season and holidays which may take up to 3 business days to be processed. 

If you require guaranteed delivery, please choose the express shipping option. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages shipped with standard shipping. 

All international orders are also subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for. The amount of duties and taxes you may incur depends on your country.

 

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED YET?

If your tracking number says that your package has been delivered but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following: 

  • Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
  • Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
  • Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it
  • Allow an extra 1-2 days - sometimes orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
  • International orders: If you are ordering outside of North America, the tracking number may not update after it has departed the USA. Please check the tracking number with your local postal service (ex. if you are from the UK, please check Royal Mail)

Olive & Piper is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to your carrier.  In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.

ATTEMPTED OR FAILED DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Here are a few reasons why your package may have experienced a delivery error:

  • Missing unit number or buzzer code
  • Unable to access or locate property
  • Incorrect address
  • Vacant address without forwarding address
  • Unsafe drop off location
  • Addressee unrecognized

If you are still unable to locate it, we would strongly recommend checking in at your local carrier’s post office as sometimes packages are marked as delivered however they are actually dropped at the local post office. Unclaimed packages will be marked return to sender or disposed of by the carrier.
