Return Policy

Note that all Black Friday and Cyber Week sales are final.

We want you to be happy with your jewels! If they don't make you say "olive" it, we'd love to help you coordinate a return, exchange or store credit for qualifying item(s) within 60 days of purchase. Processing times vary depending on region and payment method. Scroll down for more information.

Please note: A return shipping label will be generated if you qualify for a return within Canada and the USA. There will be a $7.95 USD charge for this shipping label. If you choose exchange or store credit, we will provide a complimentary return label. Return labels are not provided for international customers. Additional shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back is the responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges with your order are non-refundable. 

Gift returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Please click HERE to initiate a return for a gift. 

If you choose to exchange an order, please note that discount codes can not be applied to the order. 

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and in new condition
  • In their original packaging with the barcode label intact

The following items are a final sale and are not eligible for a return:

  • Sale items
  • Jewelry care and jewelry accessories
  • All non-jewelry items¬†
  • Promotional discounts are subject to be a¬†final sale.¬†Please see promotional fine print before purchasing¬†

Note that we do not accept packages shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS, or any other couriers. Packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will be not be accepted. If you are shipping from the USA, please ship with USPS (United States Postal Service).

Provided return labels expire within 7 days. Please bring your package to a postal outlet within that time frame. 

Once your return is received and checked at our Vancouver warehouse, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 4 weeks to the same form of payment. If your order was paid using a gift card, you will be credited back on a gift card. If you choose to exchange an item, we will process the exchange item order as soon as your return is on the way back to our office.  

If your order was a pre-order or back-shipped, please contact us at info@oliveandpiper.com due to the special circumstance. 

Note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all returns are treated the same so please contact us before sending your order back if you have any questions. 

Return Processing Timelines

Returns from the USA: 
US returns are sent to Buena Park, California. At that time they will be forwarded to our Canadian location, where we will process your return. Please note the entire return process will take an estimated 4 weeks from when you ship it, to when your return is processed. 

Returns from Canada:
Canadian returns are sent to our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks once received. 

Returns from outside North America:
Return labels are not provided for international customers. The shipping cost of returns are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded. 

International returns are to be sent to our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks once received. 


Damaged Product?

If you had an issue with your product, please send a photo to our team at info@oliveandpiper.com; we are happy to work with our customers and offer replacements within 90 days of purchase.
